• Reservations and inquiries are made mainly through e-mail (Kegs@FinnertysNYC.com) a week to 10 days in advance to allow us to secure your keg.
• Credit card information is taken at time of confirmation (to serve as a deposit should you wish to pay cash or with another card)
• We accept Cash, Visa, Amex, Mastercard, and Discover.
• A $75 fee is issued for any cancellations without at least 24 hours prior notice.
• All keg reservations are subject to a 15% equipment charge.
• Depending on the size of the keg ordered, a minimum number of people must be present to tap the keg. The number is given during reservations and during confirmation.
• Walk-Ins are available, if no parties are scheduled. Keg selection is limited and changes due to availability.
• Length of any parties are discussed during reservations and dependent on size and number of kegs ordered.
• Standard party duration is 2 hours for smaller kegs (20 liter & 1/6 kegs) to 3 hours for larger kegs.
• Arrangements can be made for sporting events to ensure the entire game is reserved.
• To prevent scheduling disagreements, we do not schedule parties any closer than 45 minutes apart. We ask all partygoers to respect the time periods reserved.
• All partygoers MUST be 21 years of age or older. No exceptions will be made.
• Physical kegs and any leftover beer is property of Finnerty's. No refunds are given for any beer left unpoured.

 

Inappropriate Behavior:

• No behavior deemed inappropriate will be tolerated and violators will be asked to leave without refund.
• This includes but is not limited to drinking directly from the taps, standing/dancing on the tables/seats, damaging any bar equipment (taps, tables, seating, TV's), overdrinking/binge drinking.
• We do not feature Beer Pong/Beirut here at Finnerty's.
